Bethany has practiced family law in Central Oregon since 2003. With over 200 hours of experience in mediation, parenting coordination and collaborative law training, Bethany meets and exceeds the OJD Court-Connected Mediator Qualification Rules, and subscribes to the Oregon Mediation Association’s core standards of practice. Additionally, Bethany meets and exceeds current requirements for court-appointed parenting coordinators under ORS 107.425 and 2010 Oregon State Law Advisory Committee Qualifications for Appointment of Parenting Coordinators.

Bethany is a licensed Oregon attorney, and is a member of the Oregon Mediation Association and Association of Family and Conciliation Courts.

In addition to her alternate dispute resolution training, Bethany has been trained in Effective Representation of Children.

Bethany earned her law degree, summa cum laude, from WhittierCollege Schoolof Law, with a certificate from the college’s Center for Children’s Rights. She received her undergraduate degree from the UC Irvine, magna cum laude, in English. Bethany is proud to be recognized for her dedication to providing legal access to the disadvantaged and continues to be dedicated to helping families through legal transitions in a respectful, comprehensive, and economical way.
